One Life Counselling and Psychotherapy is a counselling service based in Biggin Hill, Kent, United Kingdom, covering surrounding areas, Westerham, Bromley, Orpington, Croydon and beyond offering either, online, telephone or face to face counselling.

 

Our Counselling sessions will focus on prevention, intervention and recovery. I specialise in helping identify and unlocking trauma held in the body following past experiences. I also specialize in bereavement, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, separation/divorce, relationships, suicidal thoughts, abuse, fear/self-harming and anger issues.

 

I also have experience and a passion to help someone overcome and deal with workplace or relationship's including bullying and abuse. The therapy will also support if your experiencing emotional or psychological difficulty or your just feeling stuck and or overwhelmed.

 

My Prices range from £45 - £55 per session where price will be agreed during the initial free consultation.
